What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies include browser local storage, which works in much the same way but is not sent back to the server with each request. Both are covered by this policy.
The categories we use
- Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work and for your cookie choice to be remembered. These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences. Remember choices such as language. Not currently used on this site.
- Analytics. Measure how the site is used. Not enabled unless you consent, and not currently deployed.
- Advertising. Set by an advertising partner. Only set if advertising is enabled on this site and you have consented.

No analytics cookies are set by this site. If analytics are ever enabled, they will run only after your consent and will be listed in the table above before they are used.
How to change or withdraw your choice
The cookie banner offers three choices when you first arrive: accept all, reject non-essential, or open the settings panel and choose per category. You can reopen the same panel at any time using the "Cookie settings" control in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect the lawfulness of processing that happened before you withdrew.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. Deleting all cookies removes your saved choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
What happens if you reject non-essential cookies
The website continues to work normally. The map on the contact page stays behind its button until you choose to load it, and no advertising or analytics cookies are set. Nothing else on the site depends on non-essential cookies.
Industry opt-outs
To opt out of interest-based advertising generally, use the Microsoft advertising settings, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out.
Updates to this policy
We revise this policy when the cookies we use change or when the law requires it. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
